Welcome to Rise Above Gymnastics!
We are a gymnastics instruction facility located in Fremont, NE dedicated to providing classes and a competitive Xcel program for girls ages 5 and up. Our experienced coaches are committed to teaching safe and effective techniques so your child will be able to reach their full potential. We strive to provide a positive and fun environment for our athletes and their families.
Training Team
Gymnasts, with experience, who are ready to learn skills for competition team are encouraged to try out for pre-team.
Competition Team
Gymnasts learn all skills necessary to compete in the Xcel Program through USA Gymnastics. Gymnasts will compete in skills including Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Spring Floor and Vault.
